What is my password?
We would be happy to provide you with your password if you have misplaced it. Simply send us your company name. Please note that standard free listings do not have passwords, as those listings are not eligible for editing. If you would like to upgrade your account to a premiere listing, feel free to add yourself again by visiting our membership page.
Why can't I join as a "free" listing?
Due to the volume of business listings in several states, we have had to limit new submissions to paid "premiere" listings in those states. We felt that this was most fair to our current members that have paid for our service.
How do I get started as a Dog Walker or Pet Sitter?
If you are serious about starting a new business, We highly recommend that you get in touch with other dog walkers or pet sitters in your area to discuss the business. You might be surprised how many of them are open to assisting new businesses get started. In our experience, many new clients that you receive may actually come as referrals from other dog walkers that either have a full schedule or don't service the area of the new customer. Networking is key in this business.
